Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or nursing roles preferred.
• Proficiency in inpatient care processes, discharge planning, and healthcare documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
