Senior Infor Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT Infor systems and finance teams.
• Combine expertise in Infor financial modules with accounting and operational finance knowledge.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to maximize Infor capabilities.
• Lead adoption of Infor systems supported by senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop end-to-end business process understanding for P2P and O2C workflows.
• Provide training and support to finance staff on Infor functionalities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Act as subject matter expert for Infor finance modules like General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within Infor.
• Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for IT development.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of new Infor features.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and Infor support.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain awareness of Infor updates and assess impact on finance processes.
• Lead cross-functional groups to develop improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infor finance modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Proven track record of implementing ERP system process automation.
• Experience with system testing, training, and documentation.
• Preferred experience with Infor CloudSuite or Infor LN.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like SOX, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
