Overview
- Support the Travel and Expense team within the Finance organization, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in expense reporting processes.
- Collaborate with SAP Concur Audit and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and maintain accurate expense reporting.
- Conduct employee training sessions, develop educational materials, and create scalable video-based training modules using AI technology.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to identify and prevent expense-related non-compliance issues.
- Contribute to process improvements enhancing program efficiency and integrity within the Travel and Expense domain.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Sales Operations teams to ensure accurate field-related expense reporting.
- Provide backup coverage during peak expense processing periods to maintain workflow continuity.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage monthly follow-ups on outstanding employee expenses to ensure timely resolution.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding travel and expense processes via shared inbox communication.
- Identify repeat non-compliance instances and deliver targeted coaching to address issues effectively.
- Facilitate onboarding and educational sessions for new hires and field employees, enhancing program understanding.
- Develop and implement AI-based training modules to streamline educational efforts across the organization.
- Maintain updated audit scripts and resolve issues in collaboration with SAP Concur Audit team.
- Create user guides and standard operating procedures to support compliance and program efficiency.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to identify and remediate expense-related issues proactively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Travel & Expense management, preferably within the Life Science industry.
- Proficiency in SAP Concur or similar expense management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience conducting employee training and creating effective documentation.
- Familiarity with AI-based training creation tools and systems is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to working in a hybrid model with both office-based and remote work arrangements.
