Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice handling.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, maintaining customer account accuracy.
• Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and accounting software for data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support financial reporting and analysis tasks under the controller's guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements and system optimizations within the department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, including AP and AR exposure.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
