Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform annual exams, screenings, and preventative care for women across all life stages.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension with personalized treatment plans.
- Provide specialized care during pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct gynecological exams and prescribe medications tailored to individual needs.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and care quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in women's health settings.
- Proficiency in Creole or Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of women's health issues and advanced nursing practices.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and engagement.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
