Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer and maintain CRM systems, including configuration, user setup, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop and deploy system enhancements such as workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Support integrations between CRM, ERP, and sales automation tools for seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
  • Oversee data synchronization and maintain clean, accurate datasets across systems.
  • Coordinate software updates and manage testing and deployment processes effectively.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring maximum utilization of CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of CRM administration experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM administration and customization, including Pivotal SFA and related platforms.
  • Experience with system integrations using tools like MuleSoft and similar technologies.
  • Strong skills in SQL and JavaScript for data management and system customization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other modern CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are preferred.
