Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of CRM administration experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM administration and customization, including Pivotal SFA and related platforms.
- Experience with system integrations using tools like MuleSoft and similar technologies.
- Strong skills in SQL and JavaScript for data management and system customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other modern CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are preferred.
