Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a preference for 5 years.
• Proven expertise in healthcare and life sciences tenant improvement projects.
• Knowledge of clean room construction and compliance standards is essential.
• Strong ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
