Overview

  • Lead construction projects with a focus on Commercial and K-12 sectors, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Utilize expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) to streamline project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project phases.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment.

  • Maintain documentation and reporting for project progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Commercial and K-12 projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
