Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities for higher education projects.
• Implement Job Order Contracting (JOC) methodologies to streamline project execution.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project integration.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance among project teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) for higher education projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse project teams.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Availability for on-site work and ability to travel as required.
