Overview
- Lead and manage construction projects ranging from $2M to $20M, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and satisfaction.
- Oversee ground-up and renovation commercial projects across diverse industries including retail, education, and manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards throughout project execution.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and referral networks in the Greater Nashville area.
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven track record of managing commercial projects with budgets between $2M and $20M.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects in the Greater Nashville area.
