Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects across various locations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute remodels efficiently and within budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to maintain timelines.
  • Travel extensively to oversee multiple projects and ensure consistency in execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Job Requirements
