Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficient warehouse operations.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for Infor WMS functionality, workflows, and configuration best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement system-driven improvements.
  • Provide operational support by troubleshooting system issues and resolving user inquiries promptly.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user job aids for efficient system use.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to end users on system changes and new processes.
  • Analyze operational data and workflows to recommend improvements enhancing efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the internal expert on Infor WMS functionality, workflows, and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve end-user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Configure and test system enhancements, features, and modifications to meet operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for WMS upgrades, patches, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user job aids.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users on system functionality and changes.
  • Analyze operational data and workflows to recommend efficiency and compliance improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems; Infor WMS experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing greenfield WMS and integrating it into ERP systems.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Proven ability to translate operational needs into scalable system configurations.
  • Experience with Infor ION, Mongoose, and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
