Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects focusing on ground-up light industrial facilities in Atlanta, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize expertise in industrial construction, particularly with Amazon or similar projects, to enhance project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize project performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within industrial construction; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven experience with Amazon projects or similar large-scale industrial construction initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta and travel as required.
