Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for critical care patients.
  • Manage patient care through the disease process in accordance with healthcare standards.
  • Provide in-hospital follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
  • Participate in credentialing processes and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing with AGACNP certification required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of RN or NP experience in critical care settings.
  • Experience managing heart failure patient populations preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Willingness to train and operate advanced medical devices.
