Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy in vendor relations and invoice processing.
- Perform reconciliations, including weekly cash and bank accounts, maintaining financial integrity.
- Review and process expense reports and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Support tax documentation management and assist in meeting regulatory requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as supply ordering and correspondence management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or financial statement preparation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential; QuickBooks experience is advantageous.
