Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and administer recruitment programs ensuring adherence to legal provisions and best practices.
  • Maintain and oversee personnel records and HRIS systems for accurate data management.
  • Analyze workforce trends to implement effective succession planning strategies.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention through impactful initiatives and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and performance appraisal processes for organizational growth.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team, fostering professional development and leadership.
  • Develop HR-related policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional HR certification such as PHR or SPHR is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in platforms like UKG being advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and employment laws is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills are required.
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations is beneficial but not mandatory.
