Overview

  • Join a dynamic financial services firm as an Investor Relations Associate, enhancing client engagement and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop impactful marketing materials and presentations for institutional clients.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of accurate and standardized data sets for client deliverables.
  • Assist in completing RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client and consultant requirements.
  • Coordinate communications for the firm’s investor portal and respond to client inquiries effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure organized management of client files and department databases to support operational efficiency.
  • Play a vital role in delivering exceptional investor relations services and driving the firm’s mission forward.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and distribute client communications, such as newsletters and market updates, to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including pitchbooks and factsheets, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Support quarterly client meetings by preparing comprehensive portfolio review materials and analyses.
  • Respond to client data requests promptly, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information provided.
  • Coordinate communications between clients, fund administrators, and internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Maintain organized records and databases to support efficient department operations and compliance.
  • Assist in updating and managing responses in the Qvidian database for consistency and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in investor relations practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Client Services or Investor Relations within the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating professional and impactful deliverables.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and performance metrics is essential.
  • Experience with tools like Qvidian, Satuit CRM, Chat GPT, and UpSlide is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex tasks and projects effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
