Job Description

Overview

  • Act as a bridge between business operations and IT, ensuring seamless system integration and optimization for enhanced organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions supporting business goals.
  • Support manufacturing workflows by aligning IT systems with operational improvements and process enhancements.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct sessions for effective system adoption and utilization.
  • Standardize IT processes to improve communication and documentation across departments and teams.
  • Enhance SharePoint structure and manage content for optimal usability and accessibility.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using Microsoft tools and other innovative technologies.
  • Provide technical support for desktop-related issues and coordinate with external vendors for solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze and document requirements for software projects and application enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Manage ticketing systems, optimize workflows, and generate insightful reports for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT managers and vendors to evaluate and implement effective technology solutions.
  • Coordinate system rollouts, conduct user training, and create detailed documentation for smooth transitions.
  • Support manufacturing workflows by integrating IT solutions with operational enhancements.
  • Standardize IT processes and improve team communication through effective documentation practices.
  • Organize and manage SharePoint site content to ensure accessibility and usability for all users.
  • Work with vendors to enhance website content management and implement improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or IT coordination, with a proven track record.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management and prioritization to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of software development processes and tools to support system implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, VB, PowerShell, and MS SQL is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems; experience with Kace is preferred.
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools like SharePoint and Visio is advantageous.
