Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems effectively.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to support operational insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and present business cases for automation initiatives, measuring ROI post-implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Experience with automation tools like UiPath, Alteryx, or Power Automate.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop process documentation, user stories, and use cases.
