Overview
- Lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within a dynamic architectural practice.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for architectural projects.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.

- Monitor project progress and resolve BIM-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to optimize BIM workflows.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management; 12 years preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
