Full Stack Engineer

Overview

• Lead the development of scalable, data-driven internal applications for a sourcing organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and develop full stack applications supporting sourcing workflows and decision-making.
• Architect solutions for new projects and enhance existing platforms.
• Lead a pod team, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
• Mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to launch new initiatives.
• Integrate AI-powered features into internal tools and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure tools meet real-world needs.
• Evaluate trade-offs and prioritize tasks to maintain focus and delivery discipline.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to architect solutions and lead engineering teams.
• Experience with AI integrations and financial services environments is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with metrics such as ARR, burn rate, and unit economics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
