Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; experience with AWS and Snowflake.
- Proven ability to architect solutions and lead engineering teams.
- Experience with AI integrations and financial services environments is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with metrics such as ARR, burn rate, and unit economics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite collaboration.
