Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in construction management or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with tenant improvement projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to track and manage project progress.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project data and metrics to optimize performance and outcomes.
