Overview

  • Manage construction projects focusing on light industrial tenant improvements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline project execution and maintain effective communication.
  • Oversee active service, repaint, and tenant improvement work, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Implement safety protocols and compliance measures to uphold workplace safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality construction projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
