Job Description

Overview

  • Provide leasing support and assistance for housing programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients with housing applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to housing leases and agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Support the implementation of housing initiatives and programs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes for housing services delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
