Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer patient care following established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress accurately.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing with relevant state board.
• Proficiency in patient care, documentation, and healthcare protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site hospital environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams.
• Experience with previous healthcare assignments is advantageous.
