Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Generate new business leads and build relationships to promote A&H insurance products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and distribution plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to develop and communicate client proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the insurance industry; 5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, market trends, underwriting, and claims processes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Existing network and contacts within the insurance industry are highly desirable.
