Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hedge fund operations; 8 years preferred for advanced roles.
- Proficiency in international equity and derivatives trading operations, showcasing expertise in complex financial instruments.
- Experience managing operations across multiple locations and time zones, demonstrating adaptability and leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and Bloomberg for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Eze OMS is advantageous, showcasing technical proficiency in operational tools.
- Strong organizational, process-management, and interpersonal relationship skills to drive team collaboration.
