Overview

  • Lead construction projects for K-12 educational facilities, ensuring quality and timely delivery while adhering to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain project schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide detailed updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Utilize advanced construction management tools for efficient tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and standards.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and performance to achieve timely project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and external partners.
  • Address and resolve issues impacting project timelines or budgets proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience managing K-12 facility construction projects.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules efficiently.
