Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Train and support team members in utilizing accounting software effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools for detailed analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SFAS rules and reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective time management and communication skills for collaborative work.
