Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve objectives within constraints.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating practices, with the ability to provide accurate cost projections.
- Experience managing municipal, K12, or civic construction projects is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
