Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution and resolve challenges.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management; 8 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects, particularly tilt-wall and light industrial builds.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
