Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and submit tax returns ranging from simple to complex for a variety of clients.
  • Audit tax forms for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Advise clients on effective tax strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide future tax planning services tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze client-submitted tax data to maximize benefits and compliance.
  • Research and stay updated on new tax trends and regulations.
  • Train and mentor tax staff, supporting their professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation and advisory roles.
  • Preferred 15 years of experience, showcasing advanced expertise in tax management.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and planning strategies.
  • Proficiency in tax software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
