Land Development Project Manager

Overview

• Lead land development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all aspects of land development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions promptly.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, budgets, and timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing complex commercial and mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
