Overview

  • Lead land development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
