Overview

  • Support the development and rollout of the Segment Activation Playbook for program execution and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to change management efforts to drive process improvements and adoption.
  • Utilize advanced analytical and organizational skills to synthesize complex inputs into actionable outputs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and evolve the Segment Activation Playbook using program management best practices.
  • Develop clear guidance, frameworks, and materials for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Establish a program intake process as a core component of the playbook.
  • Apply change management principles to support adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Analyze and synthesize inputs to create actionable outputs and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, strategy, or transformation.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in change management.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and familiarity with franchising business models.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to synthesize complex inputs into clear outputs.
  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility in hours and potential for full-time conversion.
  • Proficiency in developing frameworks and materials for cross-functional collaboration.
