Job Description

Overview

  • Lead transformation and automation projects within the Treasury team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the firm’s broader operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance aligned with organizational standards.
  • Prepare materials for senior management and internal stakeholders to communicate project updates.
  • Maintain Treasury improvement roadmap and monitor costs, collaborating with Finance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage complex Treasury projects focused on automation, efficiency, and controls.
  • Serve as the Treasury representative for global and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Technology teams to ensure alignment.
  • Develop project plans, optimize workflows, and engage stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the Treasury improvement roadmap, monitoring costs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or consulting.
  • Understanding of Treasury functions and responsibilities in consulting or corporate roles.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, with Kyriba Treasury Management System experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in evolving environments.
  • Ability to engage with project details and deliver results in a structured manner.
