Job Description

Overview

  • Lead product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and workflows for development teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create user-centric designs and interfaces.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Drive product strategy and planning through market research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and support sprint activities.
  • Maintain and refine product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact.
  • Partner with QA teams to validate functionality and resolve defects.
  • Prepare product documentation and release notes for stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Identify risks and blockers, driving resolution to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Proven experience in Agile environments and working with development teams.
  • Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and software architecture.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical background or understanding of APIs is preferred.
