Overview

  • Manage commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to maintain effective communication and project alignment.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task execution.
  • Monitor budgets, controlling costs while maintaining project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to mission-critical projects, leveraging expertise in commercial construction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring seamless integration of tasks and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, optimizing workflow and resource utilization.
  • Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Experience with mission-critical projects is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions efficiently.
