Overview
- Lead and manage MEP projects exceeding $80M, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and maintain effective communication.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in MEP systems and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project phases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management and MEP practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage all aspects of MEP projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work completion.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects exceeding $80M.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
