Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage MEP projects exceeding $80M, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and maintain effective communication.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project phases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management and MEP practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all aspects of MEP projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work completion.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress.
  • Develop and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects exceeding $80M.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively.
