Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and champion advanced analytics to enhance FP&A capabilities and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate across functions to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and governance standards, including expenditure approvals and documentation.
  • Develop and mentor FP&A team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Deliver accurate financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the annual budget, long-range financial plan, and quarterly forecast processes, collaborating with stakeholders to validate assumptions.
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
  • Oversee compliance with expenditure policies, ensuring proper analysis, approval, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize fleet and capital allocation through financial evaluations and asset lifecycle decisions.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and dashboards, preparing materials for executive leadership and board presentations.
  • Champion process standardization and advanced analytics to enhance FP&A capabilities and insights generation.
  • Partner with IT and Finance Transformation teams to implement modern financial systems and tools.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering cross-functional relationships and alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and key financial metrics.
  • Experience with ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • General office environment; occasional travel required.
