Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for diverse construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary data.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine costs.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to provide updated cost assessments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
