Overview

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient claims handling.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee claims programs across workers' compensation, general liability, auto, and property lines.
- Collaborate with HR, Safety, and Legal teams to mitigate risks and prevent claims.
- Manage relationships with TPAs, insurers, adjusters, attorneys, and medical providers.
- Ensure proper financial reserving and efficient claims handling practices.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards for claims activity.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to claims staff and external administrators.
- Analyze data to negotiate settlements and reduce claim costs effectively.
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with workers' compensation statutes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of claims management experience across multiple coverage lines.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation statutes and claims handling processes.
- Experience managing TPAs, claims staff, and external vendors.
- Proven ability to analyze data, negotiate settlements, and reduce claim costs.
- Industry designations such as ARM, AIC, CPCU, or WCCP are preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and implement best practices.
