- Support wealth manager and asset management integrations, including project management, client discovery, and operating model design.
- Drive operational efficiencies through proactive platform enhancements and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed project documentation and specifications to ensure successful implementation of client requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify and implement solutions for product gaps and opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and aligning them with platform capabilities.
- Contribute to the creation of playbooks and client collateral to streamline processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage detailed project plans, risk assessments, and accountability across stakeholders for successful platform integrations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 2-5+ years of experience in project management or client software implementations.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional project teams from inception to execution.
- Familiarity with software-based financial solutions such as transaction systems and trading software.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data analytics capabilities.
- Exemplary attention to detail and excellent writing skills for project documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of wealth management and private banking processes is advantageous.
- Experience managing data integrations is preferred.
