Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the preconstruction process, including design review, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage value engineering efforts.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in construction methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling software tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
