Job Description

Overview

  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate impacts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee preparation of detailed financial reports for stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Mentor and lead the FP&A team, fostering professional development and succession planning.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, collaborating with departments to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess financial performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and financial literacy across departments.
  • Evaluate and improve financial planning methodologies and reporting processes.
  • Act as a business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable financial insights.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data used in forecasting and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or financial management, with leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting; expertise in Excel and Adaptive Insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting financial data to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with focus on business results and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
