Overview

  • Coordinate sales administration processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction within a dynamic environment.
  • Support compliance and risk management operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage purchase orders, sales confirmations, and contracts using advanced systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to negotiate terms and finalize agreements effectively.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation for customs, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure timely payments and manage accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize freight rates for profitability.
  • Analyze transportation options to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Issue and manage purchase orders, sales confirmations, and contracts using SAP systems.
  • Negotiate letters of credit with financial institutions to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Prepare and process regulatory filings to comply with customs and environmental standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports for invoice control, shipment tracking, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Communicate with compliance departments regarding regulatory updates and requirements.
  • Resolve discrepancies in monthly ledgers and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor aged inventory and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Analyze logistical challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or related roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
