- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline investment accounting processes and enhance internal controls.
- Prepare detailed investment schedules, reconciliations, and technical accounting memos for quarterly reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements of investees, identifying accounting principle differences and maintaining converted books.
- Conduct fair value and impairment analyses, ensuring accurate financial statement disclosures.
- Participate in due diligence for investments, assessing financial information and legal agreements.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, automating processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Assist with external audit requests and ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform monthly accounting activities for corporate investments, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Maintain comprehensive investment schedules and equity method adjustments.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; 7 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and investment accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and technical accounting memo preparation.
- Experience with SOX controls and finance transformation initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in investment evaluations.
