Overview

• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage resources and resolve construction challenges effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes during construction phases.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate workforce activities, including scheduling and task assignments for optimal efficiency.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to maintain project momentum and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients detailing project status.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between all project participants to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Implement corrective actions to address deviations from project plans or schedules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in managing budgets and schedules for large-scale construction projects.
