Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with software development and data engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote self-service capabilities and best practices among engineering teams.
• Contribute to the observability and reliability of systems through monitoring tools.
• Support data platform infrastructure and secure integrations with external systems.
• Enhance developer experience through documentation and enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build standardized machine images to support security baselines and recovery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
• Develop containerized workloads and optimize orchestration platforms.
• Embed security principles into all layers of the platform.
• Deploy observability stacks and lead incident response efforts.
• Support data pipelines and enforce data quality and lineage standards.
• Enable engineering teams with platform tooling and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and scripting skills.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and security practices.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
