Overview

  • Lead and manage MEP projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for various projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
