Job Description

Overview

  • Administer and optimize business applications, including Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance CRM functionalities and support marketing campaigns.
  • Develop workflows and automation processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor platform updates and integrations to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Provide user training and documentation to drive adoption and effective utilization of CRM systems.
  • Support AI tool integration with business systems for intelligent automation and enhanced workflows.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and reporting through optimized conversion paths and tracking mechanisms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including field mapping, data flow, and record creation.
  • Administer user management, data hygiene, governance, and system configuration for both platforms.
  • Customize Salesforce and HubSpot functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Implement CRM enhancements supporting marketing campaigns and reporting needs.
  • Optimize workflows and flows to automate processes and integrate AI actions.
  • Monitor API connections, third-party integrations, and feature retirements for system stability.
  • Track website forms and conversion paths for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Provide training and documentation to enhance user understanding and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • 2-3 years of Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration experience.
  • Preferred development experience with Apex and LWC.
  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or API integrations preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfort with emerging technologies and rapid learning of new platforms.
  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
