Overview
- Provide medical support to healthcare providers and assist in clinical activities under the Nurse Manager's supervision.
- Ensure exam rooms are prepared, cleaned, and stocked for patient encounters.
- Organize and prepare patient summary sheets and charts for daily clinic operations.
- Obtain vital signs and chief complaints from patients during visits.
- Document patient information and vital signs accurately in electronic medical records.
- Perform phlebotomy and assist with patient care as directed by medical providers.
- Maintain universal precautions and adhere to clinical safety protocols.
- Support diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adults, and individuals from various backgrounds.
- Adapt to schedule changes including late clinics and potential weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and organize patient charts and summary sheets for daily clinic operations.

- Escort patients from the lobby to exam rooms and obtain their chief complaints.
- Measure and document vital signs as per provider preferences.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Medical Assistant certification is mandatory.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
